She was patient in explaining the DBS credit card promotion, and also in introducing the VIP card member privileges. She also checked twice when our food arrived to make sure that everything was ok. This is the first time we have met with such good service and it really made our day. The first time, I was there for dinner with my two children. She was attentive to their needs. Without my asking, she brought in extra side plates knowing that these will be helpful for me to dish out the servings in smaller portions for them to share. Yesterday was my second time there. I ordered the "chye poh" pad thai dish. She must have sensed my latent desire for chopsticks, instead of the fork and spoon already laid out on the table. She brought them before I had a chance to request for them. You definitely have a gem of a service staff in her! She keeps a watchful eye on the patrons and takes the initiative to anticipate our needs. Ms Vilia, 02 February 2009 – Jurong Point … The service crew attended to us, displayed tremendous attentiveness and professionalism. Not only did she fill up our glasses even before the half-glass mark; she even brought my mother a new pair of chopsticks within seconds after my mother dropped hers. Not to forget she was juggling between serving other tables and some other duties.
